Duty free shopping is a very simple process, we take care of everything for you. A duty free purchase simply means the ring has to leave the country and in turn you don't have to pay gst on the purchase price of the ring.

You simply collect the ring at the airport prior to boarding your flight (conditions apply).

You set the price you're happy to spend and at DOR we make it our number one priority to either custom design or match a diamond to a ring from our existing Richmond Collection to fit perfectly into your chosen budget without compromising the quality of your diamond.

30 Day Exchange Policy

At DOR we offer a full 30 day exchange of any jewellery purchase, whether you buy from our 'Richmond Collection' or you custom make a bespoke piece with a personally selected diamond.
If you or your partner are not 100% satisfied we will exchange or remake the ring for no extra charge. If the goods are faulty we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Free Resize Policy

At DOR we understand it can be difficult to know your partners finger size, especially if you're trying to organise a surprise proposal. At DOR, if your partner isn't available to be sized in store at the time of the original purchase your engagement ring will come with one free resize. Free resizes are valid for two months from the purchase date.

Lifetime Guarantee

All of our jewellery has a lifetime guarantee on the manufacturing on your chosen piece, if there are any faults in the manufacturing we will repair or replace your ring at no charge to you for the lifetime of the ring.
Every ring also comes with a free lifetime cleaning and polishing service. (Rhodium plating not included)

100% NZ Made

All of our engagement and wedding rings are 100% NZ made at our workshop in Auckland and all of our jewellery is made of the highest quality and backed by our lifetime manufacturing guarantee.

Conflict Free

All of our diamonds are purchased through the Kimberly Process and are conflict free.
Every diamond weighing over 0.30 ct. will have it's own certificate of authenticity.
